I was the chairman of the organisation for the Dutch Juggling Convention. I completely rewritten the regulation that decide who will become champion. For this I had an open process with around 40 jugglers that could fill in questionnaire and give feedback. This way of working made the organisation much more transparent which was appreciated. The regulation worked out great and we received loads of positive feedback about the convention itself. I tried to more clearly set tasks for myself and divided work better. In this way I could fully focus on the jury during the convention itself. Normally I had to do a lot more but because I appointed certain responsibility to others, it worked out great. What I mostly learned is that I should take responsibility for everything. Other can pick up things as well, which I can use to better divide group work making it less intense for me.
