Identity

My parents raised me in a way in which I could completely develop myself. There were no boundaries of what I could and could not do (unless it they thought it would be dangerous for me). They didn’t force me into certain sports, music or anything. I’m very grateful that my parents raised me this way because it helped me to find my true passions. They are always supporting when it came down to my passions and that is way I also want to contribute to the passions of others.

My way of working is organic, I take opportunities and give space for these opportunities to happen. When I find a certain problem along the process I see it as a challenge and find the right sources to solve it. I don’t have a strict plan, but observe and reflect on what is happening and what the best path is along the process, not being afraid to go a step back in the process.

For the descriptions of my characteristics, I used a metaphor which you can read by clicking on the button ‘read my story’. This metaphor is also the base of my visual identity that is also used on this website.

Inspiration

I get my inspiration from all kinds of places. For example from people that are passionate about what they do. I compare their visions to get an overview on how to become successful at what you’re doing. I especially get inspiration and motivation from friends and family that are close to me and have this passion.

Even videos from jugglers can really inspire me because they are doing what they love to do. I also surround myself with books full of design inspiration, browse website with new developments in products design and watch interesting documentaries. As you can see a wide variety of inspiration that acts as a fuel for my work drive.
